Nature of the content.
The articles and pages are written to inform, nothing more. They are not medical, legal or building advice, and no page substitutes for a professional who has inspected your property. Houses differ, and so do the animals in them.
Booking and prices.
A visit is arranged by phone. We give a price after the technician has looked around and the scope is understood, and that price applies only to the work described at the time.
A job's outcome rests on the building, on the species and on whether every opening is closed. We say plainly what we expect, and we promise nothing that depends on matters outside our control, a neighbor's property for instance.
Health.
Anyone handling droppings or nests should follow the safety steps printed on our pages and the CDC pages linked at their foot. A health worry belongs with a doctor, since we cannot assess personal risk.
Where and when these terms apply.
Service depends on ZIP code, and the list may change. We may edit these terms or the site at any time, and whatever is posted on this page is the current version.
Public guidelines this page relies on
Curious whether the advice holds up? These pages are general references, so go and read them.
- CDC: cleaning up after rodents: Gloves, airing out, wet cleanup and disposal, as the CDC lays them out for droppings and nests.
- CDC: hantavirus prevention: How a household keeps contact low: close gaps, put food away, take away nest sites.
