Phone us.
The number is (888) 686-4821, and it is answered on nights, weekends and holidays.
Before calling, gather three things: your street address, what you noticed and the date you first noticed it. Add any children, pets or vehicles involved.

Email goes to contact@prorodentcontrolnewcanaan.com. It suits photographs and questions that can wait, although a phone call books a visit sooner.
There is no form to fill in. A conversation with a person is quicker than waiting for a reply to a message.
The Elm Street address.
The footer shows 9028 Elm Street, New Canaan, CT 06840. That is a citation address, not an office, so please do not go there looking for someone.
Public guidelines this page relies on
The agency pages hold far more detail than a short guide, so lean on them if anything differs.
- CDC: hantavirus prevention: How a household keeps contact low: close gaps, put food away, take away nest sites.
- EPA: rodenticide product limits: Which poisons the public may buy, and the safety reasoning behind the limits.
